School Administration Procedures

· Registration Fee – A one-time payment of QR 1,000 for new admissions. This fee is refundable only if registration is canceled 30 days or more before the start of the term.
· Seat Booking Fee – To secure your child’s place, a payment of QR 2,000 is required. This amount will be deducted from Term 1 fees. Please note that this fee is non-refundable.
· Insurance Fee – QR 1,000, refundable upon withdrawal.
· English Entrance Exam Fee – QR 250, non-refundable.
· In case of withdrawal, the school will follow the procedures stated in our official Fees Policy
